General information
Click on „My account“, where you will find the heading „I would like to become a Sport-Tec customer“, where you can register as a new customer.
Registration for the shop is free of charge and completely without obligation; however, it provides you with additional functions. You only have to enter your address details once, you can view your order history and benefit from special offers exclusively for our registered customers.
Please click on „My account“, then on the submenu item „Forgot password“. Please enter your user name or customer number. The password will be sent to the e-mail address registered with us. If you have also forgotten the e-mail address you used, please contact our customer service team on

If an item is available in several colours, you will find this information in the catalogue and the online shop, directly next to the item description. Please therefore always remember to specify the colour code you require. In the online shop, you can conveniently select the colour you want when you choose the item.

With an online order, you have the option to pay by direct debit. Simply select direct debit as your payment method and enter all of the required information in the boxes provided. Alternatively, you will find the direct debit instruction form under the heading Service under Downloads. You can send the completed form to us by fax or post.
We send the goods as soon as they are ordered, provided they are available for delivery. If you have selected cash on delivery as your payment method, the items will be sent at the latest on the next working day.
Within Germany, Sport-Tec offers you the option to pay for your orders on finance provided by our partner bank - given that the order value is above € 200,-. The first instalment will due earliest 30 days after your purchase, also, you benefit from variable durations from of 6 to 60 months. Further information
