Which papers are needed for the purchase?
You will get an immediate decision, if you can use easyCredit-Ratenkauf during your ordering process. No additional checkup is necessary, therefore, you also do not need to show us any papers.
At which order values can I use easyCredit-Ratenkauf?
You can use easyCredit-Ratenkauf from an order value of 200,- Euro to a maximum of 10,000,- Euro.
What are the durations?
Possible durations are between 6 and 60 months.

No securities are needed.
When will the monthly instalments be debited?
The first instalment will be debited from your bank account earliest 30 days after concluding. Direct debit appointment is automatically the 1st of a month. You can change it to the 15th of the month anytime in your easyCredit customer portal.
Are early repayments possible within the duration?
Early repayments are possible at any time free of charge. Early repayments automatically reduce the monthly instalment. Please note that the minimum instalment remains at 20,00 Euro.
Does a rejection of my financing have any influence on further orders?
No, your product wish will be checked seperately, a future decision might be positive.
Do I need to absolve the PostIdent procedure?
No, PostIdent is not necessary.
Can I edit my instalment plan within its duration?
In case you encounter financial bottlenecks within the duration, you have the option of a rate suspension or a permanent reduction of your instalments. Simply visit your easyCredit customers portal and edit the desired options yourself.
What is the easyCredit customers portal?
If you choose easyCredit-Ratenkauf as payment option, you automatically receive log in data for your personal easyCredit customers portal. There, you can manage your instalment purchases, edit your personal details, give orders or execute them yourself. Furthermore, the online portal serves as your personal mail, where all relevant documents for your instalment purchase will be sent to and can be viewed anytime.
